What Our Customers Are Saying

This isn't some stereotypical "used car salesman" joint. Bob, Heather, Matt and his ENTIRE team have made buying my first boat comfortable and easy. Their honesty, thoroughness, responsiveness and eagerness to answer all of my questions has me excited to be a part of the Service 1 community.

Owner Bob and the company are great people to deal with. Also very affordable!

Deliver. In every aspect, this company consistently delivers. Bob, Matt and the team at Service 1 Marine are consistent, professional, responsive, and price competitive. Upfront, honest, and easy to communicate, I highly recommend Service 1 Marine for all your storage and boating service needs.

Bob and Robbie are top notch, along with the rest of the Service 1 Marine crew. We live out of state and the Service 1 team has made it easy to buy, store, and service a boat with them. We can't say enough good things about this business: family owned, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and above all just a nice group of honest, hardworking people.

Bob was great! Headed in from Chicago for a weekend when a part on the boat failed in the middle of the lake. Got to New Buffalo and Service 1 Marine was the only place that had the part. Bob even drove it out to the marina for us since we had no car. Call them first.

Had an issue previously with a worker who hit my car, but Bob took care of it! Bob was super nice and handled the situation professionally. He cares about his work and his business. I recommend Service 1 and Bob, he's a super nice guy and took care of it all. Thank you, Bob!

Very nice people here! Amy and Bob were so helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this facility, we will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks to all staff for the great work!
